Board of Directors


Mr. Wandile Thulane Mathonsi.- (Acting Chairman)

The Head of Risk at Swaziland Royal Insurance Corporation (SRIC) is a registered Accountant in Swaziland and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa. Prior to working for SRIC, he worked at Synergy Chartered Accountants and Ernst Young Swaziland and South Africa. He boats of extensive audit experience acquired from the two audit firms.

He holds a Master in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa and Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Swaziland.

He is also a board member at the University of Swaziland, a Trustee for the SRIC Pension Fund and a member of the technical committee on risk management at Swaziland Standards Authority.

  

 

 

 


Mr. Vusie E Dlamini

Mr Dlamini is currently employed as, Director Budget and Economic Planning under the Ministry of Finance, a position he assumed in 2012. Prior to that he was the Head of Aid Coordination & Management Section under the Ministry of Economic Planning. 

He Holds a Masters Degree in Economics of Education, acquired from the University of London and has vast experience in managing and coordinating the implementation of EU funded projects as well as projects funded by other donors, e.g. Taiwan, Japan, World bank, UNDP to name a few. He is also a Board Member at Swaziland Electricity Company.

 

 

 


 

 


Mr. Musa Mduli -  Chairman of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committ
ee

An experienced professional Accountant currently employed by our shareholders, Tibiyo TakaNgwane, as Manager Internal Audit, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) and is a Fellow member of Certified Chartered Accountants and Association of Accounting Technicians.

He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) who serves as a Council member of Swaziland Institute of Accountants and NERCHA. At FINCORP he chairs the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee which reports to the Main Board. 








 


Mr. Simanga Simelane - Member

The General Manager of Dalcrue Agricultural Holdings an establishment of Tibiyo Taka Ngwane, that is responsible for Tibiyo’s agricultural operations. He commands vast experience in auditing, finance and treasury management

He also serves as a Board Member in several  subsidiary companies of Tibiyo TakaNgwane.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  


Ms. Phindile Dlamini – Member

A lecturer in Small Enterprise Management and Foundations of Entreprenuership at the University of Swaziland.

She also serves as a Board Member at Imbita Swaziland Women’s Finance Trust.

 Development Centre (UNISWA – EBDC) and also serves as a board member at Imbita Swaziland Women’s Finance Trust. 


She commands vast experience in Agri-business business plan appraisal, budgeting and financing; SMME business plan appraisal and financing; Development financing; Banking and Credit management as well as Government Expenditure, Budgeting and Planning.

 



 

Prof. Patricia Nomzamo Joubert

An Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration; former Faculty Dean and Head of Department who holds extensive lecturing experience dating back to 1989. She is currently with the University of Swaziland, and has been associated with other Universities regionally and internationally in both lecturing and research activities. She has extensively researched and published in high reputable Journals including Editorial work.

She is also a member in a number of Professional Bodies and Boards: Academic European Conferences, International Academy of African Business and Development, Junior Achievement Board, Institute of Management Development Board, Financial Intelligent Unit Board and she also sits in several Boards and Committees at the University of Swaziland.

 

 

 



Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi (Managing Director) - Member

Group Managing Director - Mr. Dumsani J. Msibi

The Group Managing Director is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance. He joined FINCORP in 1997 and has previously served as the Deputy Managing Director; Company Secretary; Manager Finance and Credit Analyst at FINCORP. In 2010 he was seconded to the subsidiary company, First Finance, as General Manager with the responsibility to set up First Finance Company which has to date become a well known financial services provider of first choice. He has been part of the core team that has transformed the FINCORP Group from its humble beginnings at the early stages to become a reputable development finance institution offering broad based financial services.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – Durham University in the United Kingdom and has done extensive research in the sustainability of Development Finance Institutions in Swaziland with The University of Durham in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED – Harvard University USA).

He is currently the Vice Chairman of the SADC DFI Network and a Member of the Governing Council of the World Association of Small and Medium Enterprise (WASME). He also serves as the Executive Committee Member of the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI) representing Southern Africa Region. He further serves as a Board Member at the Federation of Swazi Employers and Chamber of Commerce (FSE & CC). Mr. Msibi was the first Chairman of the Board of the Youth Enterprise Fund for 4 years up to June 2013.

 

 



Nonhlanhla F Shongwe


A Legal Expert, Admitted Attorney  and Conveyancer who holds LLM (Corporate Law); LLB; and BA Law currently serving as Legal Advisor & Company Secretary at Tibiyo TakaNgwane.

She has also served as Manager Legal Affairs Providing legal advice to Tibiyo Taka Ngwane departments, management; the Main Committee; and subsidiary companies.

She also serves as a Director in a number of Tibiyo TakaNgwane subsidiary companies. Previous responsibilities include serving as Legal Executive at SIDC and Crown Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office in Swaziland.
